L2iQ was previously engaged to lead the Operations & Maintenance core systems integration role (Operational Technology and Business Intelligence). This role saw L2iQ apply technical and Subject Matter Expertise including systems interrogation, analysis & modelling, and the development of complex algorithms to drive development of automated KPI management systems which manage supporting payment schedules, and determine abatement.
Applying systems integration expertise, the outputs from this work led to system and operational enhancements such as LRV priority through road intersections, consequently, improving journey time and overall system performance in line with requirements.
