Ambulance NSW engaged L2iQ to lead the development of the Systems Requirement Specification for procurement of a replacement Radio upgrade in regional NSW.
L2iQ engaged with stakeholders to determine the requirements and translate these into an SRS. We then supported procurement in the scope development phase and provided Subject Matter Expertise in the role of technical advisor throughout the procurement phase of this project.
L2iQ’s scoped was further extended following this project to assist in the review and development of testing plans for another radio replacement project.
